I'm a Tom Ferry coach and the founder of the Real Estate Excellence Academy, a free community of 120+ agents. I coach on video, with agents in markets across the U.S.
Most of what I teach, I build and test myself first: the AI listing presentation, the AI property tour, the weekly tracker, the YouTube system. If a tool doesn't save an agent real hours or win a real appointment, it doesn't make it into a coaching call.
Most agents don't need more motivation. They need a plan, a weekly rhythm and someone to hold them to it.

A plan beats motivation
Motivation fades by Wednesday. A plan for this week, tied to listings, still works on Friday.
Track it or it didn't happen
Conversations, appointments, listings. We look at the numbers every week, keep what works and drop what doesn't.
AI does the heavy lifting
Presentations, tours, blog posts and follow-up drafts in minutes. You spend the saved hours with sellers.
Scripts are tools, not a cage
We practice until the words, your tone and your body language match. Then the script sounds like you.
Be found before they call
Sellers search Google and ask ChatGPT before they pick an agent. Your profile, videos and reviews should answer first.
Practice out loud
Role-play the hard conversations with me before you have them with a seller. It's cheaper to miss in practice.
