Who is Coach Roman Ivanov?
I'm a Tom Ferry coach and the founder of the Real Estate Excellence Academy. I help real estate agents win more listings with AI, video and a brand that shows up on Google and ChatGPT, using one system: plan, execute, track.
Do you coach real estate agents on your own?
No. Real estate coaching with me is delivered through Tom Ferry. Programs, pricing and enrollment are handled by Tom Ferry. The consultation and the Academy are free.
What does coaching cover?
Winning the listing appointment, AI for presentations and marketing, video and YouTube, getting found on Google and in AI search, prospecting FSBOs, expireds and your sphere, and a business plan with weekly accountability.
How do sessions work?
Thirty minutes on video, weekly or every other week depending on your Tom Ferry program. Each call looks at last week's numbers, works on the one thing that moves listings, and ends with your commitments for the week.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. It takes about two minutes to request. We talk through your business and your goals for next year, and you leave with a clear first step whether or not we work together.
