Do you coach real estate agents on your own?
No. Real estate coaching with me is delivered through Tom Ferry. Programs, pricing and enrollment are handled by Tom Ferry. The consultation and the Academy are free.
What does coaching cover?

How do sessions work?
Thirty minutes on video, weekly or every other week depending on your Tom Ferry program. Each call looks at last week's numbers, works on the one thing that moves listings, and ends with your commitments for the week.

Yes. It takes about two minutes to request. We talk through your business and your goals for next year, and you leave with a clear first step whether or not we work together.
Is the Real Estate Excellence Academy free?
Yes. It's a free private Facebook group for real estate agents, with monthly live calls, my AI tools and trackers, and weekly accountability.

No. Coaching happens on video, so agents in any U.S. market can work with me.
